We provide a vast array of professional inventory services in all areas across greater London.
With more than 20+ years experience we are confident in our ability to provide you with the highest standard and our inventory clerks are available on short notice and after hours as your needs require.
Inventory Compilation
Professionally trained clerks will accumulate a meticulous inventory report of the entire property prior to the start of a tenancy, providing a baseline recording of the state of property.
Check in reports
An experienced inventory clerk will meet the new tenant at the property and will work through the inventory with them, pointing out the condition and problems noted.
Check out reports
We accurately inspect your property before the client leaves the residence. Now that we have the original inventory from the start of tenancy, our clerk will examine property and note any further changes and damages.
Mid term inspections
This inspection is a routine visit during tenant occupancy to highlight condition of property. Systematically carried out quarterly. This should be clearly pointed out to the tenants at the start of tenancy by landlord or letting agent.
Snagging
Get a snagging service to owners of new properties which takes place before the main contractor “hands over” the property to the owner or the owner’s agent.
